Sometimes a cracked or broken tooth needs to be extracted in order to prevent more damage from happening to your mouth. At Affinity Dental Group, we perform quick and painless extractions of damaged or broken teeth and wisdom teeth.

Insurance and Financing

Want to use your dental insurance? Our office accepts all PPO insurance plans. Please include insurance details when you book. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any medicaid or medicare plans.

We want to make it easier for our community to have access to the dental care they need to be healthy. This is why we offer a variety of financial options to our patients to be able to Smile Now and Pay Later. Our office also works with Alphaeon, CareCredit®, Sunbit, Cherry, and Proceed financing for any uncovered costs.

Dr. Jason Brewer, DDS

Dr. Jason Brewer is a highly skilled general dentist with extensive experience in oral surgery, dental implants, and Invisalign. A graduate of Meharry Medical College, he was inspired to pursue dentistry by his father, also a dentist, and has carried that legacy forward with a patient-centered approach. Dr. Brewer is known for his precision, gentle manner, and commitment to helping patients achieve long-term oral health. He takes pride in offering comprehensive care and staying up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology. His goal is to build lasting relationships while delivering outstanding results.

Dr. Laura Rosa Espinosa, DDS

Dr. Laura Rosa Espinosa brings over 10 years of experience in the dental field and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine. She provides high-quality care in preventive, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, with a strong focus on patient education and comfort. Known for her compassionate approach, Dr. Rosa Espinosa is dedicated to building trust with each patient and ensuring a smooth, stress-free dental experience. She continually pursues advanced training to provide the most effective and up-to-date treatments for her patients’ long-term dental health.
